Jointly build alternatives that fit the interests of the parties

For families going through a time of transition (such as a divorce or the loss of a loved one), we help build agreements that will organize their future lives and that serve everyone well, considering practical, financial, legal issues and the preservation of relations.

For families with children, we help to focus on what's best for them, even in difficult times.

For families who are planning their future, we work with succession planning, helping to think about the future with care and love.

Conflict mediation can be the best way to resolve family disagreements. When relatives fight, or when a marriage comes to an end, communication invariably suffers. Many feelings come to the surface and dialogue is compromised. And when there is no dialogue, there is no understanding. That's where mediation can help.

Family mediation is done by creating a favorable environment for those involved to feel comfortable talking, and also to be heard, leading to approximation and/or reconstruction of the dialogue.

The conflict mediator plays the role of a bridge, helping the parties to build solutions that meet the interests of all.

Meetings with the mediator can be joint or individual, as he is prepared to act impartially, transmitting the information that will enable the resolution of the conflict.

We seek to provide the meeting of alternatives and the focus on future interests, ending the conflict in the best possible way.
